📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the private business school
• Serve as the face of the institution before AICTE, affiliating university, NAAC, and NBA regulatory bodies
• Chair the academic council, faculty senate, and all key institutional committees
• Drive institutional vision, mission, and strategic plan including research, placement, and accreditation goals
• Oversee revenue, fee collection, budget allocation, and infrastructure development decisions
• Build and sustain the institution's brand through media, rankings, industry forums, and alumni events
• Lead executive hiring, senior faculty recruitment, and senior administrative appointments

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a Ph.D. and meet AICTE director eligibility norms for a management institution?
• How many years of experience do you have in institution leadership at director, principal, or equivalent level?
• Have you represented an institution before AICTE, NAAC, NBA, or affiliating university bodies?
• Have you chaired academic councils and governed all key institutional committees?
• Have you driven institution building including accreditation, infrastructure, and faculty development?
• Do you have experience overseeing budget and revenue management at an educational institution?
• Have you successfully built or significantly enhanced the reputation and ranking of a management institution?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
