📌 Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage digital banking channels including mobile app, internet banking, and UPI platforms
• Coordinate resolution of digital banking technical issues escalated by branches and call centre
• Conduct digital onboarding and video KYC for new customers through bank digital platforms
• Monitor digital banking transaction volumes, error rates, and platform availability SLAs
• Gather customer feedback on digital banking experience and coordinate product enhancements
• Train branch staff on promoting digital banking channels and resolving customer queries
• Support digital banking product launches including new UPI features, FD booking, and digital loans

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Tech/B.Com/MBA with 2-5 years of digital banking or fintech product experience
• Knowledge of mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, and digital onboarding systems
• Understanding of API banking, open banking, and payment gateway integrations
• Hands-on with digital banking platforms (Finacle, Intellect, or bank proprietary apps)
• Good problem-solving skills for digital channel issue diagnosis and resolution
• Knowledge of RBI digital banking guidelines and NPCI product specifications
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate customer pain points into product improvements
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
