📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping bills
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs house agents, and shipping lines for export shipment booking and clearance
• Obtain Free Sale Certificates, GMP certificates, and product certificates from CDSCO and State Drug Controllers for export markets
• Process DGFT licenses including Advance Authorisation, MEIS, and RoDTEP claims for pharma exports
• Coordinate with regulatory affairs for product registration documents required by importing country authorities
• Liaise with banks for negotiation of export documents under Letter of Credit
• Maintain export records, shipping MIS, and document archives for customs audit and regulatory inspections

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Pharm, B.Com, or BBA with 1-4 years of pharma export documentation experience
• Knowledge of pharma export procedures: CDSCO product certificates, Free Sale Certificates, and GMP certificates
• Familiarity with DGFT portal, IEC (Import Export Code), and export incentive schemes
• Understanding of Incoterms 2020 and pharma-specific export documentation requirements
• Experience coordinating with customs, freight forwarders, and banks for export shipment clearance
• Good MS Office and documentation management skills
• Pharma domain knowledge for product-specific regulatory document preparation
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
