📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the medical affairs strategy for assigned therapeutic areas and product portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory board members
• Lead Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team activities for scientific engagement with healthcare professionals
• Oversee generation and dissemination of real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics data
• Review and approve promotional materials, medical educational content, and publications for scientific accuracy
• Support clinical trial activities including investigator-initiated study (IIS) evaluation and approval
• Represent the company at medical conferences, symposia, and scientific advisory board meetings

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBBS with MD, or M.Pharm with 7-13 years of medical affairs, MSL, or clinical research experience
• Minimum 2 years in a medical affairs management or MSL team lead role
• Deep therapeutic area knowledge in relevant disease areas (oncology, cardiology, diabetes, CNS, or respiratory)
• Strong scientific communication and medical writing skills for HCP engagement
• Experience managing KOL relationships and advisory board logistics
• Understanding of UCPMP (Uniform Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices) compliance
• Excellent presentation skills for scientific symposia and internal leadership reviews
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
