📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial plans covering budgeting, insurance, investments, and retirement
• Conduct detailed client risk profiling and goal assessment interviews
• Recommend appropriate financial products across insurance, MF, NPS, PPF, and real estate
• Build retirement corpus projections using inflation-adjusted return assumptions
• Advise on tax optimization through ELSS, PPF, NPS, and Section 80 deductions
• Review and update financial plans annually or during major life events
• Build and maintain a client base through referrals and networking

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution
• 3 - 8 Years of financial planning or wealth advisory experience
• NISM Series V-A, XII, and RIA registration preferred
• Deep knowledge of insurance, MF, NPS, PPF, EPF, and tax planning
• Strong goal-based financial planning and client counselling approach
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms to clients
• Proficiency in financial planning software (eMpower, Planwel, or Excel)
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
