📌 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for fintech product features and regulatory implementations
• Analyze UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and NACH payment system changes and their product impact
• Write detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for digital banking and payment product features
• Coordinate with technology teams for API specification, integration testing, and UAT
• Research and benchmark fintech competitor products, digital banking features, and payment innovations
• Support NPCI, RBI, and PCI-DSS compliance implementation for payment products
• Prepare process flow diagrams, API documentation, and training materials for new digital products

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA/B.Tech/B.Com with 3-7 years of fintech, payments, or digital banking experience
• Strong knowledge of India's payment ecosystem: UPI, NEFT, RTGS, NACH, IMPS, FASTag
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for digital banking or fintech products
• Understanding of RBI payment system guidelines, PPI regulations, and PCI-DSS
• SQL skills for data analysis and product analytics
• Familiarity with Agile development and JIRA for backlog management
• Good communication for stakeholder management across business, technology, and compliance
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
