📌 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time and batch transaction alerts for debit card, credit card, and digital payment fraud
• Investigate fraud cases including phishing, account takeover, identity fraud, and merchant fraud
• Analyze fraud patterns and recommend rule changes to the fraud rule engine
• Process chargeback and dispute resolution requests from cardholders
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, digital banking, and card operations teams on fraud incidents
• Prepare daily and monthly fraud MIS reports including loss amounts, prevention rates, and trends
• Educate customers and branches on emerging fraud typologies and prevention measures

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA/B.Tech with 2-5 years of fraud analytics or banking operations experience
• SQL skills for querying transaction databases and fraud pattern analysis
• Knowledge of digital payment fraud: UPI fraud, card skimming, phishing, and SIM swap
• Experience with fraud monitoring systems (FICO Falcon, Actimize FRM, or similar)
• Understanding of chargeback process and NPCI/Visa/Mastercard dispute rules
• Analytical mindset with ability to detect anomalies in large transaction datasets
• Good written communication for fraud case documentation and investigation reports
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
