📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Calculate daily Net Asset Value (NAV) for mutual fund schemes using trade and price data
• Reconcile fund holdings, cash positions, and income with custodian and registrar records
• Accrue income from dividends, interest, and corporate actions for accurate NAV computation
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and SWP transactions in fund accounting systems
• Ensure compliance with SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations for expense ratio, valuation, and disclosure
• Prepare monthly and quarterly fund financial statements and SEBI disclosures
• Coordinate with AMC operations, custodians (HDFC Custody, Deutsche), and RTAs for fund data

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com, CA Inter, or MBA Finance with 2-5 years of fund accounting or NAV experience
• Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, NAV computation, and SEBI MF Regulations
• Experience with fund accounting systems (SimCorp, Geneva, or proprietary AMC systems)
• Proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation, trade processing, and NAV exception analysis
• Understanding of financial instruments: equities, bonds, T-bills, and derivatives held by MF schemes
• Attention to detail and accuracy for time-sensitive daily NAV computation
• Knowledge of corporate actions, rights issues, and their impact on NAV calculation
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
