📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide GST advisory to clients on transactions, business restructuring, and supply chain optimization
• Conduct GST audits under Section 35(5) and prepare audit reports and reconciliation statements
• Handle GST appeals and departmental representation before adjudicating authorities
• Identify input tax credit optimization opportunities and advise on blocked credit provisions
• Review and finalize GST annual returns and reconciliation statements GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
• Assist clients in responding to GST notices and assessment orders
• Keep clients updated on GST law amendments, circulars, and clarifications from CBIC

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CA Qualified with GST law knowledge and advisory experience mandatory
• Experience conducting GST audits and preparing GSTR-9C reconciliation statements
• Familiarity with GST appeals procedure and departmental hearing processes
• Strong knowledge of CGST Act 2017 including ITC provisions and reverse charge
• Ability to advise clients on GST classification and taxability of transactions
• Good client communication skills for advisory and departmental representation
• Proficiency in Excel-based GST reconciliation and data analysis
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
