• Design, promote, and deliver executive education and management development programmes (MDPs)
• Manage an Industry Advisory Board including scheduling meetings and capturing feedback for curriculum improvement
• Coordinate CSR-funded research, capacity building, and development programmes with corporate partners
• Organise industry-academia interface events, conclaves, and annual industry day activities
• Build and maintain alumni relations to leverage corporate connections for placement, research, and funding
• Represent the institution in CII, FICCI, or industry chamber forums and networking events

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have experience drafting and managing MoU partnerships with corporate organisations?
• Have you designed or coordinated executive education or management development programmes?
• Are you familiar with managing an industry advisory board for an academic institution?
• Have you coordinated CSR-funded projects or corporate partnerships in an academic context?
• Can you organise industry-academia conclaves, panel discussions, and annual industry engagement events?
• Do you have established connections with industry chambers such as CII, FICCI, or ASSOCHAM?
• Have you managed alumni relations as part of industry engagement or fundraising activities?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
