📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients through referrals, cold calls, and community networking
• Conduct insurance needs analysis and recommend suitable life, health, and term insurance plans
• Explain policy benefits, exclusions, premiums, and claim procedures to prospective clients
• Complete proposal forms, collect medical records, and coordinate underwriting requirements
• Provide after-sales service including premium receipts, policy document delivery, and nominee updates
• Follow up on policy renewals and prevent lapse of existing policies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for premium collection and new policies

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in insurance sales or financial product advisory
• Valid IRDAI agent license (specific insurer license required)
• Strong persuasion, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with ability to work independently
• Knowledge of life insurance products (term, endowment, ULIP, health) preferred
• Good command of Tamil and English for customer interactions
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
