📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior architecture concepts and space planning layouts for commercial offices, retail, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare AutoCAD interior fit-out drawings including furniture layout, partition plans, ceiling reflected plans, and finish plans.
• Develop SketchUp 3D models and render views of interior spaces for client design approvals.
• Prepare material boards and finish schedules specifying flooring, wall finishes, ceiling systems, and joinery materials.
• Design custom joinery and millwork elements including reception counters, workstation modules, and cabinetry.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants on ceiling integrated lighting, HVAC grilles, and data floor box layouts.
• Prepare tender documentation for interior fit-out contractors including drawings, specifications, and BOQ guidance.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Arch or B.Des from a recognized institution with 0 to 4 years of commercial interior architecture experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for interior fit-out drawing production and SketchUp for 3D interior visualization.
• Knowledge of commercial interior design standards, space planning principles, and workstation norms.
• Experience selecting and specifying materials and finishes for commercial interiors including flooring and wall systems.
• Ability to design custom joinery elements and prepare joinery detail drawings for contractor fabrication.
• Understanding of ceiling systems, lighting types, and reflected ceiling plan preparation.
• Portfolio demonstrating commercial office, retail, or hospitality interior design projects with complete drawing sets.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.Arch from COA-recognized institute (mandatory for all licensed architectural practice); COA registration (Council of Architecture India) for all practising architects and firm principals; M.Arch or M.Plan for urban design and planning roles; AutoCAD for drafting and working drawings; Revit and BIM 360 for BIM modeller and coordinator roles; Rhino, Grasshopper, and parametric design tools for computational design roles; SketchUp and Lumion for 3D modelling and visualization; IGBC AP or GRIHA evaluator certification for sustainable architecture roles; RERA awareness for project design and documentation roles
