📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily cycle counting schedules across all warehouse zones to maintain inventory accuracy at or above client-defined targets
• Reconcile physical stock counts against WMS system balances and investigate and resolve discrepancies with root cause analysis
• Manage bin location master data in the WMS including creating, modifying, and deactivating locations as warehouse layout evolves
• Track inventory shrinkage, damage, and expiry and raise stock adjustment requests with supporting documentation for approval
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory accuracy reports and present findings to the warehouse manager and client team
• Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams to ensure real-time WMS updates at every stock movement point
• Audit GRN entries and outbound pick confirmations for data entry errors that cause system-versus-physical mismatches
• Support annual and bi-annual physical inventory audits by preparing count sheets, zoning plans, and post-count variance reports

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Science, or any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in inventory control, stock auditing, or warehouse operations in a logistics or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with WMS cycle counting, bin management, and inventory reconciliation procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory MIS, discrepancy tracking, and variance reporting
• Analytical approach to investigate root causes of stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Good understanding of FIFO and FEFO stock rotation principles and their impact on inventory accuracy
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock count recording, WMS data entry, and audit documentation
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
