📌 Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer identity documents and conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for account opening
• Screen new and existing customers against PEP lists, OFAC, UN, and EU sanctions lists
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers
• Review and update KYC records for existing customers on periodic refresh schedules
• Identify and escalate suspicious customer profiles and documentation discrepancies
• Process FATCA/CRS declarations for US persons and foreign account holders
• Maintain KYC documentation in the customer management system with audit trails

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com, BBA, or any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 1 - 4 Years of KYC, AML, or banking operations experience
• Knowledge of RBI KYC guidelines, PMLA, and FATCA/CRS requirements
• Hands-on with KYC platforms (World-Check, LexisNexis Bridger, or similar screening tools)
• Attention to detail for document verification and record maintenance
• Understanding of PEP screening, sanctions checking, and adverse media review
• CAMS Foundation or IIBF KYC certification preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
