- Teach Anatomy and Physiology to first and second year B.Sc. Nursing students covering all body systems: skeletal, muscular, nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive
- Conduct anatomy laboratory practical sessions on bone specimens, models, charts, and histology slides
- Teach clinical application of physiology concepts relevant to nursing: hemodynamics, respiratory physiology, renal physiology, and neurophysiology
- Set and evaluate internal assessment papers, term examinations, and practical evaluations for Anatomy and Physiology
- Prepare teaching aids including charts, 3D models, PowerPoint presentations, and video-assisted learning materials
- Guide students in understanding the physiological basis of common clinical conditions encountered in nursing practice
- Participate in faculty development programmes in anatomy, physiology, and health science education
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- M.Sc. Anatomy, M.Sc. Physiology, or M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university
- Ph.D. in Anatomy, Physiology, or Nursing Science preferred for senior and PG teaching roles
- 0 - 5 Years of teaching experience in a nursing or medical college; freshers with M.Sc. and strong subject knowledge welcome
- Thorough knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology as per INC B.Sc. Nursing curriculum
- Ability to conduct anatomy practical sessions using specimens, models, and histology slides
- Skill in relating anatomy and physiology concepts to nursing procedures and clinical scenarios
- Experience with technology-aided teaching (3D anatomy apps, virtual dissection tools) preferred
