📌 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on the importance of life insurance and recommend term, ULIP, and endowment products
• Conduct Human Life Value (HLV) analysis to determine adequate insurance coverage for clients
• Explain ULIP fund options, premium allocation, charges, and surrender conditions clearly
• Process new life insurance proposals, collect premium cheques, and submit to insurer
• Assist in claim documentation and support bereaved families in claim settlement
• Build a sustained renewal book to generate long-term commission income
• Attend branch training programs and earn product specialist and MDRT qualifications

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 1 - 4 Years of life insurance sales experience
• Valid IRDAI life insurance agent or corporate agent license
• Knowledge of life insurance products: term, ULIP, money back, endowment, and pension plans
• Ability to explain product features including tax benefits under Section 80C and 10(10D)
• Self-motivated, persistent, and customer-centric approach to sales
• Good Tamil and English communication for diverse Coimbatore customer segments
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
