📌 Key Responsibilities

• Originate, process, and disburse home loans, personal loans, auto loans, and business loans
• Source new loan customers through direct sales, DSA channels, and builder tie-ups
• Collect and verify loan application documents including KYC, income proofs, and property documents
• Conduct field visits to verify customer residence, employment, and business details
• Coordinate with credit analysts for loan appraisal and processing within turnaround time
• Follow up on pending loan files and ensure timely sanction and disbursement
• Build relationships with builders, dealers, and DSA partners for loan sourcing

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA/MBA in Finance, Banking, or related field
• 1 - 5 Years of experience in loan sales or processing
• Knowledge of retail loan products: home loan, LAP, personal loan, auto loan
• Experience with field verification and document collection
• Good understanding of KYC norms, income assessment, and credit bureau reports
• Sales-oriented with ability to meet monthly loan disbursement targets
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred for field verification roles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
