- Receive, check, and register loan applications from branches, DSAs, and digital channels
- Verify completeness of loan documents including KYC, income proofs, and property papers
- Enter loan application data into the loan origination system accurately and within TAT
- Conduct CIBIL and bureau pulls for loan applicants and record credit scores
- Coordinate with legal, valuation, and technical teams for property loan processing
- Inform branch officers and customers on pending document requirements and status
- Prepare loan files for credit manager review and maintain physical and digital file records
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com/BBA or any graduate degree from a recognized university
- 0 - 2 Years of loan processing or banking back-office experience
- Strong data entry accuracy and ability to work with high volume loan applications
- Knowledge of home loan, personal loan, or MSME loan documentation requirements
- Familiarity with loan origination systems (Finnone, LoanSquare, or similar)
- Attention to detail for document verification and data accuracy
- Good MS Office skills and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
