📌 Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer or client orders in the ERP or TMS and coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking and packing readiness
• Plan daily dispatch schedules by coordinating vehicle requirements with transporters and matching load capacities to order volumes
• Follow up with transporters for vehicle placement confirmation, loading completion, and proof of delivery submission
• Generate and verify e-way bills, lorry receipts, and delivery challans for all outbound consignments before dispatch
• Track in-transit shipments using transporter portals or GPS tracking tools and update client teams on delivery status
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering dispatches made, pending orders, delivery SLA adherence, and exceptions
• Respond to client queries on shipment status, estimated delivery timelines, and shortage or damage claims with accurate data
• Coordinate with the billing team to ensure freight invoices from transporters are verified against agreed rates and submitted for payment

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch planning, or supply chain operations; freshers with logistics knowledge are considered
• Knowledge of order fulfilment workflows, dispatch documentation, and transporter coordination in a private logistics or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with e-way bill generation, lorry receipt formats, and basic GST documentation requirements for road freight
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for coordinating with transporters, warehouse teams, and client contacts
• Proficiency in MS Excel for daily MIS preparation and ERP familiarity for order processing and data entry
• Willingness to manage time-sensitive dispatch coordination and respond to exceptions under operational pressure
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
