📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard eligible women borrowers for Joint Liability Group (JLG) lending programs
• Conduct centre meetings for loan disbursement, EMI collection, and member welfare reviews
• Verify customer residence, income, and creditworthiness through village-level field verification
• Ensure timely repayment collection and maintain zero-overdue portfolio in assigned geography
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, and insurance coverage to group members in Tamil
• Recruit new groups, achieve monthly loan disbursement, and maintain existing group health
• Report daily field activities, collection status, and new group formation to Branch Manager

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate degree with 0-3 years of field sales or microfinance experience
• Willingness to work in peri-urban and rural areas of Coimbatore and surrounding districts
• Two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred for field operations
• Fluent Tamil communication for interacting with self-help group members
• Target-driven and self-motivated for field-intensive JLG microfinance operations
• Understanding of group lending concepts and JLG/SHG models preferred
• Basic numeracy for collection accounting and daily cash balancing
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
