📌 Key Responsibilities
- Source and process loan applications for MSME, LAP, business loans, and two-wheeler loans
- Conduct in-person field visits to verify applicant residence, business, and income
- Collect and verify KYC documents, income proofs, and collateral papers from applicants
- Conduct CIBIL bureau check, income analysis, and eligibility calculation for loan proposals
- Prepare credit proposals and submit to credit manager for sanction within TAT
- Coordinate loan agreement execution, mortgage creation, and disbursement processing
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality within NPA norms
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com/BBA with 1-4 years of NBFC credit or field sales experience
- Knowledge of NBFC loan products: MSME, LAP, personal loan, and vehicle loan
- Experience in field verification of customer income, assets, and business viability
- Understanding of CIBIL bureau interpretation and credit assessment basics
- Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel for field visits
- Target-oriented with ability to manage pipeline and meet monthly disbursement goals
- Basic proficiency in loan origination systems (Finnone, LoanSquare, or similar)
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
