- Drive business development and referral network within Coimbatore's professional community
- Ensure firm compliance with ICAI regulations, peer review requirements, and Code of Ethics
- Mentor managers and senior staff and guide partner-track candidates within the firm
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- CA Qualified with valid Certificate of Practice from ICAI mandatory
- Minimum ten years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm environment
- ICAI membership in good standing with no disciplinary proceedings
- Experience signing statutory audit reports and tax audit reports under own name
- Established client relationships and the ability to bring client portfolio to the new firm
- Knowledge of ICAI peer review process and quality control standards
- Demonstrated leadership and business development capabilities in the CA profession
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
