📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process high-value domestic and cross-border payment transactions within cut-off timelines
• Monitor RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI transaction queues and resolve exceptions
• Investigate and resolve failed, returned, and pending payment transactions
• Reconcile Nostro accounts, correspondent bank statements, and NPCI settlement reports
• Coordinate with banks, NPCI, and RBI for payment system issues and regulatory queries
• Escalate payment system outages and manage business continuity during disruptions
• Prepare daily payment operations MIS and SLA compliance reports

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA/B.Tech with 2-5 years of payments operations or banking back-office experience
• Knowledge of payment systems: RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, NACH, SWIFT, and SEPA
• Experience handling Nostro reconciliation and correspondent banking operations
• Familiarity with payment operations systems (Intellect, i-exceed, or FIS Systematics)
• Attention to detail for high-value transaction processing and exception management
• Knowledge of RBI payment system regulations and NPCI operating procedures
• Good analytical skills for payment exception investigation and resolution
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
