📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value retail banking customers and build long-term relationships
• Offer and sell banking products including home loans, personal loans, cards, and deposits
• Profile customer financial needs and recommend appropriate investment and insurance products
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction
• Conduct customer visits, financial reviews, and periodic portfolio health checks
• Onboard new customers and deepen engagement with low-activity accounts

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA/MBA in Finance, Banking, or related field
• 2 - 5 Years of experience in retail banking or financial product sales
• Strong knowledge of banking products: CASA, loans, FD, insurance, and investment
• Excellent relationship management and customer engagement skills
• Good understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines
• Target-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting sales goals
• NISM or AMFI certification preferred for mutual fund product discussions
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
