📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage discretionary investment portfolios for HNI clients, institutions, and pension funds
• Construct and rebalance multi-asset portfolios based on risk profile, goals, and market outlook
• Monitor macroeconomic indicators, sector rotation, and market timing for tactical asset allocation
• Generate alpha through active stock selection, factor-based investing, and risk management
• Prepare quarterly portfolio reports including performance attribution, benchmark comparison, and outlook
• Conduct investor presentations and client reviews for portfolio updates and strategy changes
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to investment committee meetings and house views

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CFA Charterholder, MBA in Finance, or CA with 7-12 years of investment management experience
• SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) or Portfolio Manager registration preferred
• Proven track record of generating risk-adjusted returns across market cycles
• Strong quantitative skills for portfolio analytics, risk budgeting, and optimization
• Deep knowledge of equity, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investment instruments
• Excellent communication for client presentations and investment committee discussions
• Experience with portfolio management software (Morningstar, Portfolio Visualizer, Bloomberg)
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
