📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank account reconciliation for internal, Nostro, and correspondent bank accounts
• Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks within defined SLA timeframes
• Match and reconcile SWIFT payment confirmations with internal payment records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports for management review
• Coordinate with operations, treasury, and correspondent banks for break resolution
• Escalate unresolved and high-value reconciliation items to senior management
• Maintain reconciliation documentation and audit trail for internal and external audits

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA with 1-4 years of financial reconciliation or banking operations experience
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reconciliation automation
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, Nostro accounts, and correspondent banking
• Experience with reconciliation tools (TLM, Duco, or AutoRek preferred)
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in high-volume transaction data
• Understanding of SWIFT message formats and payment confirmation matching
• Good communication for coordinating break resolution with internal and external counterparties
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
