📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the regional P&L across multiple skill development centres, driving enrollment, placement, and revenue growth
• Lead and develop a team of Centre Managers across the assigned region
• Manage strategic partnerships with government scheme authorities, sector skill councils, and corporate hiring partners
• Define regional expansion strategy including new centre setup and trade programme diversification
• Ensure region-wide quality governance and compliance with scheme audit and certification standards
• Develop corporate partnerships for placement pipelines and potential CSR-funded training programmes
• Identify and develop future Centre Manager talent within the regional operations team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA with 8-15 years of progressive experience in vocational training, education, or skill development operations
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-centre regional P&L with consistent growth delivery
• Strong experience managing government scheme partnerships and compliance at scale
• Strategic planning skills for centre expansion and trade programme diversification decisions
• Proven talent development track record for building a strong Centre Manager bench
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for scheme authorities, corporate partners, and senior leadership
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region for centre reviews and partnership meetings
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
