📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced-level training modules and lead complex practical sessions in the specialised trade
• Mentor and support junior trainers in instructional techniques and trade skill delivery
• Design and review practical assessments to ensure alignment with industry and certification standards
• Liaise with industry partners to keep training content updated with current market practices
• Ensure training delivery complies with NSDC or relevant scheme quality standards
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify curriculum gaps and improvement areas
• Review batch performance data and recommend interventions for underperforming trainees

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• NSDC Certified Trainer or Training of Trainers (ToT) certification with 3-8 years of trade and training experience
• Demonstrated expertise in the specialised trade with a strong industry track record
• Experience mentoring junior trainers and improving training delivery quality
• Understanding of NSDC or relevant scheme quality assurance standards
• Good analytical skills for reviewing batch performance and identifying improvement areas
• Strong industry network for keeping training content current with market needs
• Leadership skills for guiding a small team of trainers within the specialisation
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
