📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage equity and derivative trade settlement for institutional and retail clients
• Coordinate delivery-versus-payment (DvP) settlements through NSCCL and BSE clearing systems
• Process corporate actions including dividends, bonus, rights, and stock splits for client portfolios
• Reconcile trade confirmations, custodian statements, and depot positions daily
• Investigate and resolve settlement failures, short deliveries, and auction obligations
• Ensure compliance with SEBI settlement guidelines, margin requirements, and reporting
• Coordinate with depositories (NSDL, CDSL), custodians, and clearing members for settlement issues

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA/B.Tech with 2-5 years of equity or derivatives settlement experience
• Knowledge of SEBI settlement guidelines, NSCCL processes, and depository operations
• Experience with settlement systems (Omnesys, NEST, or proprietary systems)
• Understanding of DvP settlement cycles, margin calls, and auction proceedings
• NISM certifications in Equity and Currency Derivatives preferred
• Attention to detail for high-value settlement processing and exception management
• Good coordination skills for working with custodians, depositories, and clearing corporations
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
