📌 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the nursing skills laboratory including manikins, task trainers, procedure kits, and simulation equipment
• Demonstrate fundamental nursing procedures to students including bed making, vital signs, IV cannulation, catheterization, wound dressing, and injection techniques
• Assist faculty during practical skill sessions and assess student performance on skill check-offs
• Maintain inventory of lab consumables including syringes, bandages, gloves, and solution bottles and raise purchase indents
• Conduct Basic Life Support (BLS) mock drills and CPR practice sessions for first and second year nursing students
• Maintain lab records including student performance sheets, skill completion logs, and equipment maintenance registers
• Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and proper disposal of lab waste in accordance with biomedical waste norms

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing from an INC-recognized institution with active TNMC registration
• 0 - 3 Years of clinical nursing or nursing lab experience; freshers with strong practical skills welcome
• Proficiency in performing and demonstrating all fundamental nursing procedures accurately
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from recognized provider preferred
• Good communication and patient teaching skills for student demonstration and feedback
• Familiarity with nursing lab simulation equipment, manikins, and procedure trainers
• Willingness to maintain lab readiness for early morning and evening practical sessions
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
