📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle income tax assessments, scrutiny cases, and appeals for individual and corporate clients
• Prepare tax audit reports under Section 44AB and file Form 3CD
• Compute income tax liability under all heads including capital gains and business income
• Develop tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individual and corporate clients
• Draft responses to income tax notices and assessment orders
• Advise clients on tax-efficient investment and business structuring options
• Coordinate with clients for collection of information and documents for assessments

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CA Qualified or CA Intermediate with direct tax practice experience
• Experience handling income tax scrutiny and assessment proceedings preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the Income Tax Act 1961 and CBDT circulars
• Ability to independently draft income tax notice responses and assessment submissions
• Familiarity with tax audit reporting requirements under Section 44AB
• Good client communication and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills for tax computation and planning across client categories
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
