📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track government and institutional tender opportunities for pharmaceutical products on GeM, CPPP, and state procurement portals
• Prepare and submit tender documents including price bids, technical bids, and supporting documents within deadlines
• Coordinate with production, QC, and regulatory teams for product-specific documents required in tender submissions
• Maintain tender calendar, submission timelines, and performance security documentation
• Follow up on tender results, negotiate rates, and coordinate supply against awarded tender orders
• Build and maintain relationships with government hospital procurement officers and institutional buyers
• Prepare monthly tender MIS reports including submission count, win rate, and revenue pipeline

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Pharm, BBA, or B.Com with 1-5 years of pharma tender or institutional sales experience
• Knowledge of government procurement portals: GeM, CPPP, Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation (TNMSC)
• Experience preparing tender documents including price bids, technical bids, and EMD/PSD submissions
• Understanding of pharmaceutical product specifications, pack sizes, and regulatory approvals
• Good MS Excel and MS Word skills for tender document preparation
• Attention to submission deadlines and compliance requirements of tender notices
• Familiarity with institutional buyer segments: government hospitals, ESI, CGHS, and defence canteens
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
