📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation including Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Report
• Conduct Arm's Length Price (ALP) analysis using TNMM, CUP, RPM, and other prescribed methods
• Identify comparable companies using Prowess, Capitaline, or similar databases for benchmarking studies
• Prepare and file Form 3CEB (Accountant's Report on International Transactions) with income tax authority
• Analyze intra-group transactions and advise on appropriate transfer pricing policies
• Support clients during transfer pricing assessments and draft responses to AO queries
• Stay updated on OECD BEPS guidelines and domestic transfer pricing regulation amendments

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CA Qualified with transfer pricing experience mandatory
• Knowledge of Section 92 to 92F of the Income Tax Act 1961 covering transfer pricing regulations
• Familiarity with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS Action Plans
• Experience preparing Form 3CEB and transfer pricing documentation reports
• Proficiency in benchmarking databases such as Prowess, Capitaline, or Bureau van Dijk
• Good analytical and report writing skills for transfer pricing documentation
• Ability to handle assessments and communicate with senior tax officers on TP matters
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
