📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on vocational training in the assigned trade as per the approved curriculum and session plan
• Demonstrate practical skills and supervise trainees during workshop and lab sessions
• Conduct periodic practical assessments and record trainee progress and competency levels
• Maintain training equipment, tools, and workshop safety standards during sessions
• Prepare trainees for trade-specific certification exams and skill assessments
• Maintain attendance registers and training documentation as per scheme requirements
• Provide additional practice support to trainees who need extra help mastering skills

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in the relevant trade with 0-3 years of hands-on trade experience or training delivery
• Strong practical skills in the specific trade being taught
• Basic communication skills for explaining concepts to trainees with varying learning speeds
• Patience and a structured teaching approach for hands-on skill demonstration
• Willingness to work with trainees from diverse educational and economic backgrounds
• Basic computer literacy for attendance and progress documentation
• Physically able to demonstrate trade-specific tasks and supervise workshop activities
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
