📋 Job Description

Jobzi is sourcing qualified candidates for Warehouse Executive / Store Keeper positions in Coimbatore's private Logistics and 3PL Company sector. 📌 Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders or ASN, and complete GRN entries in the warehouse management system
• Store goods in designated bin locations following FIFO or FEFO protocols and warehouse zone guidelines
• Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory control team
• Process outbound orders by picking stock from bin locations accurately based on pick lists generated by the WMS
• Prepare dispatch documentation including lorry receipts, delivery challans, and e-way bill support data for the documentation team
• Coordinate with forklift operators and material handling equipment users for safe movement of heavy or palletized goods
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards including aisle cleanliness, proper stacking, and clear emergency exit access
• Report damaged stock, near-expiry items, and slow-moving inventory to the supervisor for corrective action

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree or Diploma from a recognized institution in any stream
• 0 - 2 Years of experience in warehouse operations, store keeping, or material handling; freshers with WMS training are welcome
• Basic knowledge of inbound receiving, outbound dispatching, and stock storage procedures in a warehouse environment
• Familiarity with GRN processing, bin management, and cycle counting procedures in a WMS-driven warehouse
• Good numerical accuracy for stock count recording and inventory reconciliation tasks
• Physical fitness for floor-based warehouse activities including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and during peak period warehouse operations at the 3PL or logistics site
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
