- Recruit, onboard, and develop a productive insurance agent network of 30-60 active agents
- Conduct field joint calls with agents to help convert prospects and build sales confidence
- Train agents on products, need-based selling, objection handling, and compliance requirements
- Monitor agent activity ratios: calls, meetings, proposals, and closures on a weekly basis
- Identify inactive agents and implement reactivation programs to improve agency productivity
- Achieve monthly Agency Premium Target through growing agent count and per-agent productivity
- Support agents in their MDRT and company recognition goal achievement
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university
- 5 - 10 Years of insurance sales experience with at least 2 years in agency development
- Valid IRDAI agent or corporate agent license for the respective insurer
- Proven track record of building and managing large insurance agent networks
- Strong coaching, motivating, and people development skills
- Knowledge of life insurance products: term, ULIP, endowment, health, and pension plans
- Willingness to work in the field and conduct joint sales calls with agents
