• Drive branch premium production, new business targets, and renewal collection goals
• Recruit and onboard new agents and relationship managers to expand branch distribution capacity
• Ensure branch compliance with IRDAI regulations, internal policies, and sales practice standards
• Build relationships with corporate clients, chartered accountants, and local business community
• Prepare monthly branch performance reports and business plans for regional management review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or any graduate with 7-13 years of insurance experience, including 2+ years in branch management
• Deep knowledge of life or general insurance products, channels, and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel insurance branch operations
• Strong leadership skills for managing teams of 15-40 sales and operations staff
• Valid IRDAI license and clean compliance record
• Experience managing branch P&L including expense control and revenue growth
• Good networking skills for community business development in Chennai market
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
