📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a group of dental clinic branches within the assigned Chennai zone by monitoring performance KPIs, chair occupancy, revenue, and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly clinic visits to each branch under supervision to review operational standards, assess staff performance, address compliance gaps, and coach clinic managers.
• Analyse monthly branch revenue reports, identify underperforming clinics, investigate root causes, and implement corrective action plans with measurable targets.
• Coordinate new clinic setup activities within the zone including equipment commissioning, staff recruitment support, vendor tie-up activation, and pre-opening readiness checks.
• Support recruitment for clinic manager, dentist, and senior assistant positions by conducting interviews, assessing candidates against chain standards, and recommending final selections.
• Manage patient escalations that are unresolved at the clinic manager level by personally investigating complaints, delivering resolutions, and implementing preventive process changes.
• Review vendor performance for consumable supply, equipment maintenance, and outsourced services within the zone and negotiate local terms to improve cost efficiency.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with at least 6 years of multi-unit operations management experience in a dental chain, healthcare chain, or organised retail or service sector.
• Demonstrated track record of managing operations across 3 or more clinic branches simultaneously with responsibility for revenue, staff performance, and patient satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing multi-branch KPI dashboards, identifying revenue trends, and designing corrective action plans for underperforming clinic locations.
• People management experience including performance reviews, coaching of clinic managers, and coordination with the HR team for staff recruitment and retention.
• Project coordination ability for overseeing new clinic setup timelines, pre-opening checklists, and cross-functional team coordination across procurement, IT, and clinical teams.
• Patient escalation management skills with the ability to investigate complaints fairly, deliver appropriate resolutions, and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned Chennai zone on a daily basis for clinic visits, team meetings, and vendor reviews.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
