📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dental clinic operations including opening and closing procedures, staff attendance, equipment readiness, and patient appointment flow across all dental chairs.
• Monitor daily revenue collections, generate end-of-day financial summary reports, and report collection variances and billing exceptions to the area manager or finance team.
• Manage clinical and administrative staff scheduling including dentist timetables, assistant rosters, receptionist shifts, and sterilisation staff duty allocation.
• Implement patient flow management procedures to minimise waiting times, ensure chair occupancy targets are met, and achieve patient satisfaction score benchmarks.
• Handle patient complaints and escalations by listening empathetically, investigating the root cause, and delivering resolutions within the chain's complaint turnaround policy.
• Manage dental consumable and material inventory by monitoring stock levels, raising purchase indents, coordinating with the procurement team, and preventing stockouts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly clinic performance reports covering new patient registrations, treatment completions, revenue per chair, and pending treatment conversion rates.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or MBA, with at least 3 years of operations management experience in a dental clinic, multi-specialty clinic, or outpatient healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily dental clinic operations including staff scheduling, patient flow coordination, and revenue monitoring in a multi-chair clinic.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing a diverse clinical and administrative team including dentists, assistants, hygienists, receptionists, and lab technicians.
• Ability to handle patient complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a resolution-focused approach aligned with the chain's patient satisfaction standards.
• Financial acumen for monitoring daily collections, identifying billing errors, managing petty cash, and preparing accurate daily and weekly revenue reports.
• Organisational skills for managing consumable and material inventory, raising timely purchase indents, and maintaining stock levels aligned with clinic daily production.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software for appointment oversight, report generation, and staff attendance tracking across the clinic.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
