• Resolve field issues such as late arrivals, patient access problems, or staff no-shows by arranging backup cover
• Coordinate with the care coordinator to align field staff deployment with patient visit schedules
• Manage supply replenishment for home visit kits and escalate stock shortages to the operations team
• Generate daily field operations reports covering visit completion rates, attendance, and exception cases
• Build and maintain relationships with field staff to ensure adherence to company service standards
