📌 Key Responsibilities

• Teach IGCSE Physics or IB Diploma Programme Physics at Higher Level and Standard Level
• Cover mechanics, electricity, magnetism, waves, thermal physics, and modern physics with rigour
• Prepare students for IGCSE theory papers and IB Physics examinations including data-based questions
• Supervise and assess IB Physics Internal Assessment investigations to IB criteria
• Guide students through scientific modelling, graphical analysis, and uncertainty calculations
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and support students in developing experimental skills
• Participate in IB subject group meetings, moderation, and annual curriculum review sessions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.Sc. in Physics from a recognised university with B.Ed. teaching qualification
• At least three years of IGCSE or IB DP Physics teaching experience
• In-depth knowledge of IGCSE Physics syllabus and IB Physics guide including SL and HL content
• Skilled in supervising and marking IB Physics Internal Assessment to assessment criteria
• Confident in conducting laboratory practicals including optics, mechanics, and electrical circuits
• Experience with data-based question strategies and examination techniques
• Familiarity with IB digital resources, online marking, and extended essay supervision
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
