📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel positions from sourcing and screening to offer letter generation.
• Process monthly payroll, attendance records, leave management, and employee statutory benefits including ESI and PF.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, induction programmes, and hotel orientation sessions for all departments.
• Manage employee relations, handle grievance cases, and assist the HR Manager in disciplinary proceedings.
• Coordinate hotel training calendar including departmental training, fire safety drills, and SOP refreshers.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, statutory compliance records, and HR documentation as per Tamil Nadu labour laws.
• Assist in implementing hotel performance appraisal cycles, increment processing, and promotion documentation.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or Bachelor's degree in any discipline with hospitality HR experience preferred.
• 1 to 5 years of HR experience in a hotel, hospitality company, or service industry organisation.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management systems, and hotel HR software.
• Understanding of Tamil Nadu labour laws, ESI, PF, gratuity, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Good English and Tamil communication for interacting with staff across all hotel departments.
• Experience in hotel recruitment for operational roles including housekeeping, F&B, and front office positions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for HR reporting, offer letter drafting, and compliance documentation.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
