📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations across the full dental chain network covering multiple cities by setting operational strategy, defining service standards, and driving network-wide performance against revenue and quality targets.
• Own the PandL for the entire dental chain network, review monthly financial performance with the CFO and founders, and drive EBITDA improvement through operational efficiency and revenue growth initiatives.
• Design and execute the network expansion roadmap including new city market entry, site selection criteria, capex budgeting, equipment procurement, and pre-opening operational readiness.
• Govern clinical quality across all branches by establishing standard treatment protocols, dentist performance review frameworks, patient outcome monitoring, and clinical audit processes.
• Build and lead the operations management team including area managers and regional heads by defining roles, setting targets, mentoring leaders, and managing succession planning.
• Drive technology and digital transformation initiatives including dental practice management system upgrades, patient engagement platform deployment, and operational analytics dashboard implementation.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across all clinic branches including AERB licensing, biomedical waste management, DCI compliance, and state health department registration requirements.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a reputed institution with at least 12 years of multi-unit healthcare, dental, or organised services operations management experience including PandL ownership.
• Proven track record of leading a multi-city dental or healthcare chain with direct accountability for 20 or more operational locations and a team of area managers or regional managers.
• Strategic planning capability for dental chain network expansion including new city entry, clinic format design, site selection criteria, and ramp-up performance monitoring.
• Clinical quality governance experience including establishing standard operating protocols, dentist performance frameworks, and patient outcome monitoring at a chain scale.
• Strong financial management skills including annual operating budget ownership, capex prioritisation, cost per chair analysis, and EBITDA-level performance reporting.
• Leadership and people development skills for building high-performing operations teams, designing incentive structures, and managing leadership succession in a growing chain.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to dental chain operations including AERB, DCI, biomedical waste management, and state health department clinic registration.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
