📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all spa operations including treatment bookings, therapist scheduling, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and update the spa treatment menu, seasonal wellness programmes, and membership packages.
• Lead, train, and motivate the spa therapy team to maintain consistent treatment quality and guest experience standards.
• Drive spa revenue through treatment sales, retail product sales, spa memberships, and hotel package integration.
• Monitor guest feedback, satisfaction scores, and online reviews to implement continuous service improvements.
• Manage spa retail inventory, product procurement, and stock levels in coordination with vendors.
• Ensure spa facility maintenance, hygiene standards, equipment servicing, and safety compliance across all treatment rooms.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, or Hotel Management from a recognised institute.
• 5 to 12 years of spa industry experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a hotel spa.
• Comprehensive knowledge of spa treatment protocols, Ayurvedic therapies, and wellness programme design.
• Experience in spa revenue management, retail product sales, and membership programme development.
• Strong leadership and team development skills for managing a diverse spa therapy team.
• Knowledge of spa hygiene regulations, equipment maintenance requirements, and facility safety standards.
• International spa brand training or management certification from ESPA, CHHM, or equivalent body is an advantage.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
