📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of spa treatments including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, body wraps, and facial therapies.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs, preferences, contraindications, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain treatment rooms in pristine condition between sessions including linen change, sanitisation, and amenity replenishment.
• Apply Ayurvedic treatments, traditional Indian therapies, and wellness rituals as part of the hotel's spa menu.
• Recommend and upsell spa retail products and additional treatment packages to enhance guest wellness experience.
• Adhere to spa hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols including equipment sterilisation and treatment room standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, treatment history, and product usage for repeat guest personalisation.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Spa Management, or Ayurveda Wellness from a recognised institute or vocational training centre.
• 1 to 4 years of spa therapy experience in a hotel spa, wellness centre, or standalone spa facility.
• Practical certification in massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, traditional Kerala treatments, and their application in hotel spa settings.
• Professional appearance, grooming standards, and a calm, empathetic personality for client interaction.
• Knowledge of spa retail products, ingredients, and their therapeutic benefits for client recommendation.
• Good English and Tamil communication skills for client consultation, treatment explanation, and service interaction.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
