📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renders of interior spaces using 3ds Max and V-Ray based on designer drawings and briefs.
• Set up scene lighting, camera angles, and material maps in 3ds Max to produce presentation-quality renderings.
• Develop walkthroughs and animated flythrough videos using Lumion or 3ds Max for client presentations.
• Post-process rendered images in Photoshop to enhance realism, correct lighting, and add entourage elements.
• Import SketchUp concept models into 3ds Max for detailed rendering development and texture application.
• Maintain organized project file libraries including models, textures, and rendered image archives.
• Collaborate with interior designers to understand design intent and incorporate feedback on render revisions.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, or Fine Arts with strong 3D rendering software portfolio.
• 0 to 3 years of experience producing photorealistic interior renders for design firms or visualization studios.
• Expert proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray; Lumion experience is an advantage for walkthrough projects.
• Strong Photoshop post-processing skills for final image enhancement and composite finishing.
• Ability to model interior spaces accurately from AutoCAD plans and SketchUp concept geometry.
• Good aesthetic sense for lighting design, material texture selection, and scene composition.
• Ability to work within tight presentation deadlines and manage multiple project render queues simultaneously.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
