📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development for the interior design firm across residential, commercial, and hospitality client segments.
• Identify and pursue B2B opportunities including corporate office fit-out clients, builders, hospitality brands, and developers.
• Generate and qualify B2C residential client leads through digital marketing, referral networks, and studio walk-ins.
• Prepare and deliver tailored project capability presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a network of referral partners including architects, real estate agents, and property consultants.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to closure and coordinate project initiation handover to the design team.
• Track business development KPIs including enquiry volume, conversion rate, and project value closed per quarter.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 3 to 8 years of business development experience; interior design, real estate, or related sector experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of closing residential and commercial interior design projects or related high-value service contracts.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills for both B2B corporate and B2C residential audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain a referral network across architects, real estate professionals, and design influencers.
• Experience preparing professional project proposals and capability decks for interior design pitches.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management, lead tracking, and conversion reporting.
• Basic understanding of interior design project scope, pricing, and delivery to engage clients credibly.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
