📌 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, batch schedules, and fee structures
• Guide students on selecting appropriate courses and batches based on academic level and goals
• Handle walk-in student and parent inquiries and convert them into enrollments
• Conduct follow-up calls with prospective students and parents to support enrollment decisions
• Maintain student inquiry and enrollment records using CRM tools or spreadsheets
• Support existing enrolled students with academic concerns and motivation during the preparation period
• Coordinate with faculty and management to resolve student grievances and academic issues

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1 year of counseling or student interaction experience in a coaching centre or educational institute
• Good listening skills and ability to understand student academic needs and concerns
• Comfortable handling parent queries and expectations in a professional and empathetic manner
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inquiry and enrollment records
• Goal-oriented approach with ability to meet monthly enrollment targets set by management
• Fluency in Tamil and English for counseling students from diverse educational backgrounds
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
