📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning and curriculum design across all batches and branches of the coaching organisation
• Design and standardise teaching methodology, course material, and assessment frameworks across the centre network
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop faculty across subjects and branches
• Monitor student performance data organisation-wide and implement interventions to improve board and entrance exam results
• Establish quality benchmarks for teaching delivery and conduct periodic academic audits across branches
• Guide senior faculty on course design and examination strategy for JEE, NEET, and board examinations
• Represent the organisation's academic brand to parents, schools, and students through seminars and result announcements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.Sc. in a core Science or Mathematics subject or MBA with educational sector leadership experience
• Minimum 10 years of coaching industry experience with at least 5 years in academic leadership or senior faculty roles
• Demonstrated track record of improving student board and entrance exam results at organisational scale
• Experience designing curriculum and study material for JEE, NEET, or board examination coaching
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing large multi-disciplinary faculty teams
• Ability to analyse student performance data and translate findings into actionable academic improvements
• Prior experience managing multi-branch educational operations is strongly preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
