📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the coaching centre including faculty scheduling, batch management, and facility maintenance
• Manage student enrollment, fee collection, and center revenue tracking and reporting to management
• Lead the centre team including faculty, counselors, coordinators, and support staff
• Handle parent escalations and student grievance resolution in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with academic leadership on curriculum updates and examination schedules
• Monitor batch strength, dropout rates, and student performance trends and take corrective actions
• Prepare monthly operational reports covering enrollment, revenue, and student outcome metrics for management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA from a recognised university
• Minimum 4 years of experience in coaching centre or educational institute operations management
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams including faculty and administrative staff
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for handling parent and student escalations
• Good understanding of fee collection processes, enrollment management, and operational reporting
• Comfortable using basic software tools for scheduling, reporting, and student management
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English for staff and parent interaction
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
